<p>Your Tone It Up app is available for free download and access. As a new customer, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a one-time free trial of our premium features through in-app subscription purchase. After the trial period ends, you'll have the option to continue enjoying the premium features, including workout classes and on-demand videos, through our auto-renewing monthly and annual subscription plans.</p>

<p>Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You have the ability to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Please note that no cancellations or refunds will be provided for any unused portions of a subscription term. Apple may charge sales tax on digital media as required by law.
